The programme
Each year, the Joshibi x Cité internationale des arts programme offers a graduate student or an alumna the opportunity to come and take up a residency in order to carry out a creative research project and experience a wide international opening. The programme offers one-year residencies and is aimed at artists whose practice falls within the university’s teaching areas (fine arts, design, crafts, etc.).

The partner of this programme :
Joshibi University of Art and Design was founded in 1900 “to empower the self-reliance of women through the arts”, “to improve the social status of women” and “to produce professionals and teachers in the arts”. The university offers theoretical and practical education to its female students while stimulating their creativity.
