Open Studios → Marais Site

A unique place to live and work for artists of all nationalities, disciplines, and generations, the Cité internationale des arts offers the public special opportunities to meet the residents and have direct and free access to the creative process in all its diversity.

Every Wednesday from 6 pm to 9 pm, the Cité opens its doors on the Marais site and invites professionals and amateurs alike to discover the works and ongoing research of 6 to 10 artists in residence.

As part of the weekly Open Studios, the Cité internationale des arts invites a partner to curate an evening.

On May 27, from 6 to 9 pm, 17 artists from the Institut français x Cité internationale des arts residency programme will open the doors to their studios at the Marais site of the Cité internationale des arts in Paris. For this fourth edition, the Institut français and the Cité internationale des arts have invited independent curator Alexia Pierre to propose an evening programme.
