Residency programme for visual artists living and working in Kosovo.

The National Gallery of Kosovo and the Cité internationale des arts (Paris) are pleased to announce the launch of Shtëpi, a new residency programme for artists of all disciplines living and working in Kosovo. This programme aims to foster international mobility, broaden professional and artistic networks, and strengthen artistic practices through dedicated support in research, production, and visibility.

Three artists will be selected through an open call and reviewed by a jury composed of professionals from the fields of contemporary art and culture. The laureates will first present their work in a group exhibition at NGK–QAFA (December 2025 – February 2026), followed by a fully funded three-month residency in Paris in late 2026, including tailored professional support and networking opportunities with artists and art professionals based in France.

• Be of Kosovar nationality, living and working in Kosovo;
• Have an active artistic practice in the fields of visual arts;
• Have at least three years of professional practice;
• Be able to communicate effectively in English or French.
