The partners of this programme :
École des Beaux-arts de Bretagne is a public higher education institution specialising in art and design with campuses in four cities: Brest, Lorient, Quimper and Rennes (Brittany, France). It welcomes nearly 800 students each year.
Under the educational supervision of the French ministry of Culture, École des Beaux-arts de Bretagne awards diplomas leading to a Bachelor’s degree (DNA) and a Master’s degree (DNSEP) in art, communication and graphic design, and design. École des Beaux-arts de Bretagne fosters links between different practices by promoting interdisciplinary experiences and developing numerous partnerships.
Committed to the professional integration of its students and graduates, École des Beaux-arts de Bretagne offers a range of career-focused initiatives throughout the course of study; a one-year post-graduate programme (Création en Action); as well as partnerships with various cultural organisations to provide its alumni with post-graduate support schemes.
École des Beaux-arts de Bretagne is also a hub for creation, research, exhibitions and publishing, welcoming numerous artists and figures from the creative world each year to take part in conferences, exhibitions and events open to all.
The Pierre and Catherine Lalumière Foundation works to support disadvantaged students by awarding individual scholarships, thereby funding the continuation of their studies on the recommendation of their teachers. It also works to promote the work of academic researchers by assisting with the publication of research in the field of the humanities. Finally, on an exceptional basis, it helps to fund group trips to visit national and international institutions and supports the career integration of recent graduates.
