Artists in residence
Each year, the Cité internationale des arts welcomes more than 1,000 artists from around the world, offering them a space for creation, research, and exchange in Paris, in the Marais and Montmartre districts. Open to all artistic disciplines—visual arts, music, literature, film, design and architecture, performing arts, and curating—it enables artists to develop their projects in an environment that fosters experimentation and meaningful connections.
David Le Borgne

Dance
David Le Borgne is a performance artist and choreographer who trained at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris (2010–2016). He has performed in works by Alain Platel (Nicht Schlafen) and Christian Rizzo (Une maison). Alongside his career as a performer, he has developed a visual art practice (video, installation, photography), exhibited notably at Galerie Zoom (Fin de fugue, 2023) and at the CCN Montpellier (Corpo Mundo, 2024). He received support from the Centre National de la Danse in 2024–2025 as an experimental artist and was a laureate of Le Nouveau Grand Tour – Institut Français Italia in 2025.
He is currently creating his first choreographic project, *La Brûlure la plus lente*, the production and touring of which are supported by:

His work brings together the body, space and imagery in immersive choreographic installations where set design, sound and light become active participants in the movement.
