Artists in residence
Each year, the Cité internationale des arts welcomes more than 1,000 artists from around the world, offering them a space for creation, research, and exchange in Paris, in the Marais and Montmartre districts. Open to all artistic disciplines—visual arts, music, literature, film, design and architecture, performing arts, and curating—it enables artists to develop their projects in an environment that fosters experimentation and meaningful connections.

Malvina Panagiotidi (b. 1985) lives and works in Athens. She studied architecture at the University of Thessaly and visual arts in the postgraduate program Art in Context at Universität der Künste, Berlin. Since 2025 she has been an Assistant Professor at the Department of Architecture, University of Patras. She is a recipient of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Artist Fellowship (2018) and the Spyropoulos Foundation Award (2016).
Her artistic practice explores the intersections of occult modernism, the function of the imaginary and uncanny human behavior across diverse sociopolitical contexts. Her work has been presented in exhibitions at museums and art institutions in Greece and abroad, including the National Museum of Contemporary Art Athens (EMΣT), Onassis Stegi, Benaki Museum, DESTE Foundation with the New Museum, NEON Organization, Chalet Society and Haus der Kulturen der Welt. She is represented by the Breeder Gallery.
