The Cité internationale des arts offers eight rehearsal studios of varying sizes and capacities, open every day.

With a surface area of 300 m² and seating for 128 people (including 4 seats accessible to people with reduced mobility), the auditorium can be adapted to host a wide variety of events.

• 1 Bösendorfer ½ grand piano, 1966;
• 1 A. Maciet organ with 2 keyboards, 1991;
• 12 lighting programmes;
• 1 dressing room;
• Technical equipment is also available for hire: sound system, video projector.

Rates

Auditorium rental rates excluding VAT (excluding catering, security and technical services)*

• Full day: €3,000
• Half day: €1,750
• Concert with sound system (5 hours): €2,275

Hourly rates for additional services excluding VAT

Corridor

For a special gathering or a convivial moment during an event, the Corridor adjacent to the Auditorium is an ideal space for organising a breakfast, coffee break, cocktail party, buffet, reception, etc.

An unusual and bright space for your professional events

A former sculptor’s studio that has been completely renovated, Atelier 8003 charms visitors with its vintage 1960s appeal, high ceilings and mezzanine, which give it a unique and inspiring atmosphere. Opening onto the inner courtyard and located right next to the car park, it is ideal for production offices, workshops, small group training sessions or team work sessions.

Equipped with an open kitchen, the space can also be converted into a buffet/cocktail area or used as a catering preparation area for an outdoor event. A versatile venue that is both functional and welcoming.

Give your film shoots, photo shoots, castings and other productions a setting that is inspiring, unusual and steeped in history.
