Residency programme for HEAR graduates.

The HEAR and the Cité internationale des arts have jointly developed a residency programme aimed at HEAR graduates whose artistic practice is rooted in sound creation and contemporary music. The programme aims to support and promote the professional integration of young artists, enabling successful applicants to devote themselves entirely to their artistic practice and to building their professional network.

3 months’ residency
Programme created in 2026

• Have graduated from HEAR within the last 5 years;
• demonstrate practical experience in sound creation and/or contemporary music;
• demonstrate experience in production or exhibitions;
• reside and work in the Upper Rhine region: Alsace, the western part of the state of Baden-Württemberg, the south of Rhineland-Palatinate and the Swiss cantons of Basel-Stadt, Basel-Landschaft, Solothurn, Jura and Aargau;
• be able to communicate in English or French;
• be available from the beginning of November 2026 to the end of January 2027 inclusive, without any professional or academic commitments.
