As part of the Season of Ukraine in France, Le Voyage en Ukraine, and following the conversation held at the National Institute of Art History - INHA last February on the decolonisation of Ukrainian art, this event offers an immersion into contemporary Ukrainian artistic practices through a reflection on the landscape as a political, ecological, and mnemonic space.

Emersions: A Living Archive 3 • Their Story(ies)

Emersions: A Living Archive is a long-term project that reveals the unique history of the Cité internationale des arts, a singular place of residence and artistic creation. It is based on the activation of archives - old and contemporary - to bring out a living memory that is constantly evolving.

Comme les étoiles du ciel | Kévin-Adémọ́lá Ṣàngósànyà

Comme les étoiles du ciel offers a reflection on àṣẹ through the prism of parentage, childhood trauma and protection. Àṣẹ, which can be translated as ‘the force that enables things to happen’, is an energy that infuses matter: both the breath of life and the ability to act on the world.
