The partner of this programme :

Direction des affaires culturelles de Guadeloupe

Under the authority of the regional Prefect, the Cultural Affairs Directions (DAC) are responsible for implementing the cultural policy defined by the government. They also provide advice and expertise to cultural partners and local authorities in all sectors of activity of the Ministry of Culture of France.

Considering the policy pursued by the Ministry of Culture, on the one hand in favor of contemporary creation and the influence of artists, and on the other, the professionalization of artists in the visual arts, the Dac Guadeloupe is in favor of setting up residencies for artists of all disciplines and curators based in Guadeloupe.
