Artists in residence
Each year, the Cité internationale des arts welcomes more than 1,000 artists from around the world, offering them a space for creation, research, and exchange in Paris, in the Marais and Montmartre districts. Open to all artistic disciplines—visual arts, music, literature, film, design and architecture, performing arts, and curating—it enables artists to develop their projects in an environment that fosters experimentation and meaningful connections.

Cinema
Nastia Korkia is an independent filmmaker based between Germany and France.
Nastia Korkia’s style leans towards constructing narratives in a kaleidoscopic way and working with formats that deviate from traditional documentary and narrative methods. She is keen on navigating the peripheries between different modes of storytelling, harnessing various media and technologies.
Her documentary feature film GES-2 premiered at the 78th Venice Film Festival in 2021. Her works were screened at IDFA, Berlin Critics Week, DOK Leipzig, True/False, Kasseler Doc, FIPA DOC, Sheffield DocFest, Metropolitan Museum, NY, among others.
