The programme
The aim of the Cultural Foundation of Hesse x Cité internationale des arts programme is to support and diffuse the projects of artists from Hesse or graduates of a Hessian art academy. Every year, artists of all generations and disciplines come to the Cité internationale des arts for a one-year residency.

The partner of this programme :
The Cultural Foundation of Hesse (Hessische Kulturstiftung) promotes and preserves arts and culture in Hesse, Germany. It supports museums, libraries and archives through the acquisition and conservation of artworks and collections. The foundation also fosters cultural heritage and artistic diffusion. Since 1993, it has been running a prestigious residency programme to host visual artists in London, New York, Istanbul and at the Cité internationale des arts in Paris.
