The programme
Every year, the SenKultGZ x Cité internationale des arts programme awards 4 six-month residencies to Berlin artists. It is aimed at musicians or composers, as well as artists working in the visual arts, literature, comic strip and dance and enables them to join the Cité internationale des arts’ community of artists.

- Be a professional artist (and provide proof of previous work)
- Be resident in Berlin
The partner of this programme :
The Department of Culture and Social Cohesion of the Berlin Senate (SenKultGZ) supports around a hundred cultural establishments in Berlin and awards project grants and scholarships to artists living in Berlin. Support is granted via calls for applications and selections by independent juries of experts. In the field of international cultural exchange, SenKultGZ has co-developed several residency programmes with foreign partners, including the Cité internationale des arts.
