The Virginia Center for the Arts x Cité internationale des arts programme offers visual artists, musicians and composers a two-month residency at the Cité. The programme is aimed at artists with a close connection to the state of Virginia (Virginia natives or residents, graduates of a Virginia art school, etc.).
